Asset Management

Our Asset Management Team ensure that JJH's servicing and investment programmes are delivered safely on time and to a high standard and that the business complies with all regulatory and legislative responsibilities.

People and OD

Our People and Organisational Development Team deliver effective people services to ensure the business is an outstanding place to work, by continually developing initiatives and processes to support a culture of high performance and innovation.

Our Finance Team support the business by delivering accurate and timely financial records, statutory and regulatory returns, treasury management and payroll. Example of roles within the Finance Team;

Astraline is a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnnie Johnson Housing. The Astraline Team deliver an outstanding Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service to customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The call monitoring centre offers customer-led flexible solutions for a variety of services including Telecare, Lone Worker monitoring, out of hours call handling and anti-social behaviour.

Customer and Neighbourhoods

Currently we house 7,000+ customers across the North West, North East, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. The Customer and Neighbourhoods teams deliver outstanding services to our customers, whether that’s providing operational support, general administration support or providing a service enabling our residents to live independently and safely in their homes.

Governance, Risk and Assurance

Our Governance and Assurance Team support the Board, Company Secretary and Executive Team by maintaining and enhancing our governance, audit and risk framework; ensuring all legal and regulatory including GDPR requirements are fulfilled.

Our ICT Team deliver innovative and comprehensive digital solutions by driving efficiency and delivering an enhanced customer experience through robust ICT foundations.

Project Management

Our Project Management and Project Delivery Team support the business on the different ICT, data and digital initiatives that are being delivered across the business.

Comms and Digital Engagement

Our Customer Experience, Comms and Digital Engagement team are responsible for understanding the business audiences - delivering the right messages at the right time, using all opportunities and available channels for communication and promotion of our brands. They support the business to redesign and transform the customer experience.
