On our journey to Outstanding, we think it’s important to reward and recognise excellent colleagues and teams. That’s why we’ve partnered up with Workstars to develop a recognition scheme 'MyRecognition' that allows you to choose how you are rewarded.

We also hold an annual awards ceremony to celebrate individual and team achievements and successes every November.

Here at JJH we communicate freely and regularly across the whole organisation. This includes our face-to-face #AskExec Fridays when everyone has the opportunity to ask the Exec Team questions.

We also communicate digitally by sharing our weekly #MMM Market Making Mondays videos which cover everything from corporate strategy, to updates on what's new in different areas of the business and welcome messages to new starters.

To assist you in achieving this balance we have a Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which gives you access to a 24/7 telephone helpline where you can request support for a wide range of issues.
